Job Description-
Lead architectural discussions and design exercises to build and automate large scale Data Quality initiative.
Architect, design and oversee the development of Data Quality solution
Work with data stewards in reviewing and identify root causes to data issues.
Create and present findings and recommendations to architecture team and senior executives
Skills required to contribute:
Deep expertise is working with data – all kinds, clean, dirty, unstructured, semi-structured
Demonstrated experience implementing Informatica, IBM or similar Data Quality applications for both business and technology users across a full development life-cycle.
- Knowledge of DQ standard, guidelines and best practices
- Knowledge of Data Profiling guide lines and best practices.
- Knowledge of best practices on Process Sequence, Dictionaries, DQ Lifecycles, Naming Convention, Version Control
- Experience of implementing Data solution for financial services customer, specifically in wealth management
- Preferable to have experience with Bigdata and cloud based deployments – AWS, AZURE, GCP
- Experience in designing solutions for multiple large data warehouses with a good understanding of cluster and parallel architecture as well as high-scale or distributed RDBMS and/or knowledge on NoSQL platforms
- Understanding of major programming/scripting languages like Java, Python
- Strong knowledge of SQL
Qualifications :
- Minimum of BS in Computer Science or similar field
- Must have at 10+ years’ experience data management space and 2 to 3 years’ experience as Solution / Data Architect
- 3+ years’ experience working for a financial services firm, preferably wealth management
