JOB DETAIL


• Should have a minimum of 6+ years of ABAP HR experience and 4-5 years in the ABAP HR payroll domain.
• Excellent Knowledge of US SAP Payroll Schemas, Payroll Operations and Personnel calculation Rules.
• Should have understanding on US HR Payroll Execution Process, Time Infotypes, Benefits Infotypes and Finance tables as they integrate with SAP Payroll.
• Perform SAP Payroll Development activities in support of the business request to improve or add functionality to the existing SAP HCM landscape specifically ABAP with an emphasis on the Payroll module.
• Should have knowledge about US Payroll Schemas and how custom payroll functions are embedded into it.
• Must have experience in or US taxes Federal, State province etc. generation of W2- Configuration of PY-FI integration to third party system.
• Good Exposure in Tax engine and tax circles- Configuration of Off cycle payroll and change in supplementary tax calculations.
• Should have good knowledge on Garnishments and Year end processing.
• LP/SP upgrade experience.
• Execute enhancements/developments for large or small projects based on business.
• Perform and develop SAP HCM and ABAP RICEF objects.
• Experienced in testing, quality analysis and through knowledge of integration testing.
• Highly motivated self-starter with ability to handle and meet tight deadlines.
• Good Understanding of both business processes and technical specifications.
• Experience in handing priority incidents while working in multi-vendor support model along with business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with onshore-offshore team & business stakeholders.
• Hands on experience in Change Management & Transport Management process (Environment SOLMAN).
• Knowledge and understanding on ticketing tool, example-Service Now etc.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.
• Exposure to work closely with Business process teams
