- Minimum two end-to-end implementation experience along with 4 or more years of implementation project experience. They key is to have worked on Implementation projects (Minimum two projects). Candidate who have not worked on implementation projects need not apply.
- Must have Hands-on project experience latest SAP TPM (Trade Promotion Management) covering technical/functional Skills for End-to-End configuration and customization SAP CBP, TPM, Funds Management, Pricing, Claims and Settlement.
- Must have configuration experience of planning product hierarchy, operational planning, scenario planning, baseline planning other planning supported in CBP screen.
- Must have master data configuration knowledge in SAP CRM for SAP Trade management solution.
- Experience with translating trade promotion management related non-functional and functional requirements into comprehensive solution which integrates effectively with other areas like SAP ERP – SD / Pricing / FICO, Demand Planning, Infrastructure, Platform, Security & audit / Controls.
- Provide best practices for business processes, functional standards and technical design to ensured delivered work meets technical, functional, performance and business requirements
- Ability to design test strategy, test scenarios, test scripts and lead test teams to fully test the trade promotion processes and system for financial integrity
- At least they should be strong in the following areas:
- strong / solid candidate in MM, WM-eWM, SCM and SCE, cross module skills, and who is willing to drive / learn additional functional areas

- Qualification – Engineer/MBA
