The Project Manager/Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the coordination and successful completion of IT projects. These activities include planning, developing requirements, monitoring project health, and communicating and collaborating with business owners, development staff, and vendors.
•Work with business stakeholders to develop in-depth knowledge of the Agency’s IT systems and capture requirements for future applications and enhancements.
•Sets high expectations and enforces standards to meet project timelines.
•Collaborates effectively with people across the agency to accomplish project goals.
•Conducts analysis that identifies current state processes including system gaps and develops workflow analysis.
•Working with the project team to develop solutions to enhance business processes, operations, and information process flows.
•Effectively managing change including all aspects of communication, training, and user acceptance for key stakeholders(including non-technical staff) in a timely and appropriate manner.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND two years of recent relevant project management/business analyst experience, with a progression in responsibility.
