Preferred candidates will have previousexperience with Salesforce development experience with at least one year ofField Service or Field Service Lightning. Candidate would be expected toconfigure and develop using existing tools. This is a remote position andcan be located anywhere in USA.
?YOU MUST HAVE
3 - 5 years of Salesforce developmentexperience with at least one year of Field Service or Field Service Lightning,
Strong Salesforce skills in the areas ofconfiguration, custom build using APEX and Lightning
Applicable Salesforce certifications(Admin, App Builder, Service Cloud, FSL)
Experience managing offshore developmentresources, tasks including configuration, customization, data migration,integration)
Knowledge of/experience with formaldelivery methodologies
Knowledge of/experience with FieldService and associated skills
Gathering, developing, and analyzingbusiness requirements for solution design on Salesforce.com
Solution design for organizationsdeploying Field Service Lightning
Knowledge of Field Service Lightningcomponents and capabilities, from Case to Work Order to Service Appointment
Setting up FSL, including initial configuration,service territories, operating hours, scheduling policies, service resources,work rules and service objectives
Optimization of the Dispatcher Consoleand FSL Mobile App
Application design and configurationusing Salesforce.com automation (SFA)
Utilizing object-oriented programmingand design concepts to advise clients on Salesforce.com solutions
Developing custom applications andperforming unit testing using Salesforce.com APEX and Visualforce pages
Performing data migration usingSalesforce.com Data Loader
Designing and developing functionalitiesand web integration using Apex
Designing user interfaces usingVisualforce pages
Using Force.com IDE to deploy andmigrate applications
Utilizing Eclipse as a platform fordevelopment, testing and code deployment
Creating process and business flowdiagrams use cases, story boards, training documents and job aids for end usersand business users using Microsoft Visio and PowerPoint; Supporting andmaintaining the applications on Salesforce.com to ensure optimal performance
Leveraging Project Management Agiletools such as Jira or Rally
