Experience in Upgrading MySQL
Experience in monitoring the DB during the load and performance tests
Experience on Script Deployment

Required:
Experience in creating different backup and restoring from backup.
Experience in creating maintenance jobs and monitoring logs.
Configure Master-Master, Master-Slave replication and DR set-up
Experience/familiarity with Percona toolkit for backup, restore, online schema change.
