Job Description:
Engages other team leads to solve problems across departments. 
Ensures adequate engagement and attention from other teams by engaging their leads and leadership where required.
Provides guidance to the Marketing / CRM business, cross functional and IT teams on data pipelinesInforms Management of project issues; escalates issues in a timely manner and asks for assistance when needed.
Maintains the work plan for assigned team members. 
Assigns and prioritizes ETL / Data pipelines tasks, ensuring that tasks are completed on or ahead of schedule and that a balanced workload is maintained among team members. 
Provides technical leadership to the team.Advises site management on alternatives for implementing project objectives.
Solves complex issues on production issues
Performs standard  Data pipelines administration tasks such as deployment, package migration and relocation, and managing metadata.
Prepares  Data pipelines packages for deployment to development, test, and production environments following all Release Management policies.

Required Skills
8+ years in evaluating/designing/recommending/building data pipelines
8+ years of expert knowledge in writing SQL, MySQL, Python, Hive, Presto, Oracle
8+ years in data warehouse environment and using very large datasets
8+ years in designing / creating data warehouse and ETL processes
8+ years in relational / nosql DB
8+ years in Presto and Hive
8+ years in Python and/or R
Strong domain knowledge on Marketing / CRM space
Strong knowledge in statistics and machine learning
Self-starter with min supervision
Ability to deliver in a rapidly changing environment
