We are looking for an SAP Basis expert with good DevOps knowledge having very good communication skills and good technical background to work as an L3 expert and drive the highly demanding operations needs of the customer.
Key expectations:
- Expertise in SAP system installation and end to end provisioning
- Expertise in SAP add-on upgrade, Support package upgrade
- Good experience in SAP and DB migrations
- Knowledge of SAP HA/DR and backup/restore technologies
- Experience in handling public and private cloud administration
- Flexible to work in Night Shifts
Skills Requirements:
- Expert knowledge in system performance, SAP software logistics, client copy and ABAP system setup are a must
- Expert knowledge in Linux environment
- Experience of working in 24x7 operations and should be a team player.
- Experience in SAP HANA
- Understanding of cloud architecture is must
- Strong oral and written communication skills with a positive can-do & self-starter attitude.
- Experience with Public cloud is must. Certification will be an added advantage.
- Scripting knowledge (Shell, Perl) will be an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of JAVA technology will be an added advantage to support integration with Employee Central
- Knowledge is other DevOps tools for automation will be preferred.
- Administration and technical support of SAP Basis layer (ABAP and JAVA)
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues in SAP environment
- Monitor the system availability and performance
- Identify optimization potential in SAP system and the infrastructure
