- Bachelor Degree in Design or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of experience designing for web
- Online portfolio showcasing design and problem-solving skills
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe XD
- Knowledge of user interface and information design principles
- Passion for designing visualizations that help people find meaning in data
- Comfortable with iterative design process
- Detail-oriented yet able to see the big picture
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills
- Effective at collaborating with internal and external teams
- Inquisitive and self-motivated
- Comfortable learning quickly in a fast-paced environment

Roles & Responsibilities
Discover & ideate
- Collaborate with internal team members to brainstorm solutions or ways of approaching the design challenge
- Produce conceptual designs to socialize initial ideas internally and incorporate design feedback
Design & prototype
- Produce, present and review designs with internal team members and incorporate design feedback
- Produce clickable prototypes that help evaluate the overall flow and experience of the product
Deliver for implementation
- Annotate design deliverables to ensure the design intent is clearly communicated to the development team and that there is a sufficient level of detail provided to support the implementation process
- Review the implementation of the designs by the development team to ensure it meets business goals and design intent
