MUST have solid C#/.NET and be very familiar with UML design and design patterns. Azure is a plus, as their application is a hybrid on-prem/Azure application. The right candidate should have experience working on enterprise systems, including scaling, security, and high-volume performance. Full Stack is good, but this is more back-end focused.
