We are building a customer focused, end-to-end digital buying experience and are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager for a contract position. The leader will be the voice of the customer and can effectively capitalize on data to drive lead generation to application completion with industry leading conversation rates.

The Product Manager will be the voice of the customer with a strong focus on design thinking and emotional experience. Exhibit skills ranging from technical to a human-centered design centered around feeling, experience, emotions, and content. The leader is dedicated to designing exceptional platform level tools and experience to nail a continuous improvement cycle of our user experience across all channels.

To be successful in this role, we need an experienced Product Owner accountable to ship in an Agile CICD environment leaning on our Dev/Ops team and has a dedicated background in agile framework capabilities and tools. You can understand the big picture, take ownership, and tackle problems with clear and targeted solutions, backlog prioritization wherever they arise.

Skills required:

• Strong expertise in creating prototypes, wireframes, sketches, journey maps, collaborative, vector design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, InVision or Canva.
• Is a leader in capitalizing data from campaigns, advertising to challenge and validate design, demand analysis, churn that strives to make the customer experience better.
• Strong expertise in user experience research, visualization, usability and education content.
• Work hand in hand with business and technology through the discovery to bring design and development to life and be an effective bridge between design and engineering
