Responsibilities: 

As an IAM Sr. Business/Technical Analyst (BA), the incumbent in this role will have responsibility to elicit, analyze, validate, verify, and facilitate testing of business process solutions and requirements for the IAM domain. This person will be involved throughout the solution development life cycle focusing especially on elicitation, documentation, and communication of business requirements, functional and non-functional requirements, and testing. RBAC Role based access control experience is needed to do this job.

Principle Responsibilities: 

1. Create Requirements, Design, Use Cases and Specifications for IAM technical solutions and process designs.

2. Create and Maintain Operational Documentation for IAM Incident Management, Problem Management, and Request Management.

3. Create and Maintain IAM Service documentation. 

Required Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and eight years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
