6 to 8 Year’s experience in .Net Framework, ASP.NET, VB, Angular JS, SQL server, Autosys Skillset with Good Technical hands-on skills
Good understanding and ability to handle end to end Delivery from Requirement gathering, Design, system spec walkthroughs with Client/QA/UA stakeholders, Technical reviews, testing, QA/UA testing support and Production deployment planning and support
Handle Incident/Problem tickets, Service request and all application maintenance support activities coordinating with offshore teams, operations, business users and Infrastructure teams. Good understanding of ITSM process and Tool (like Service Now)
Good client communication and coordination with IT and Business Stakeholders
Experience in Estimating project work and capacity planning.
Good onsite-Offshore Coordination, Task Assignment, Review and delivery to Customers
