•             Overall comms campaign manager, facilitates agile ceremonies and the removal of impediments

•             Knowledgeable Scrum Master is good. SFDC is added advantage but it’s not mandate

The Responsibilities of the Scrum Master are as follows:

Initiative identification.

Prioritization planning (with Product Owner).

Sprint planning meeting.

Product backlog refinement facilitation.

Daily scrum call facilitation.

Work on removing impediments for the team.

Drive complete implementation with development team.

Coordinate with testing team.

Update PM process tool (Azure DevOps) to reflect latest status.

Conduct/ facilitate scrum review meeting.

Conduct Scrum retrospective meeting.

Coordinate post Production support issue(s) with Tier 2 support team, Product Owner and Dev team.

Must have scrum certification.
