Advises Executive Management of recommended changes and/or improvements
Oversees and may contribute to the development of project definition and scope at the project level
Coordinates resources in different geographies, to resolve complex issues, improve systems/processes, and facilitate integration between systems
Helps design business processes and advises best practices on the usage of the nCino platform
Manages/leads projects involving multiple stakeholders and drives the formulation of business processes and requirements
Provides timely and accurate information and status updates to functional leaders
Develops presentations, dashboards, reports, and other team and executive-level project communications and documentation
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
6-8 years of experience in IT projects. Hands-on experience with n Cino is a must.
Knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools (i.e. Agile, SDLC, SCRUM, Waterfall, Iterative)
Knowledge of Originations: Credit Underwriting and Portfolio Management platforms preferred
Able to identify risks and manage them, escalating when necessary
Superior communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels in the organization, managing vertically and horizontally
