Our client is a dynamic, growing, public residential mortgage Real EstateInvestment Trust (REIT) is seeking a mid-level .NET Developer for building and supporting applicationswritten primarily using Microsoft technologies - React, C#, T-SQL and SSRS.The candidate's primary responsibility would be to design, develop and supportinternal applications for trade/position management and ledger systems.

Required Skills:

      Bachelor's degree required, preferredin Information Systems, Computer Science, or other technical background

6-8 years of experience with .NET framework and middle-tier development

Strong understanding of object-oriented programming

Proficient in middle tier programming principles in React, C#, .NET

Familiarity with SQL Server, T-SQL programming preferred, SSRS and SSIS

Understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, TFS

Strong verbal and written communication skills

The ability to work within small teams

Fixed income and/or residential mortgage market knowledge a plus

Prior experience working with SS&C CAMRA and LDC Solvas a huge plus

NICE TO HAVE Skills:

Collaborative problem solving and test driven product design and quality approach

Experience with Fixed Income/Mortgage Data/loans
