Must be familiar with Agile processes and ceremonies and be able to write clear concise user stories

Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into user stories catering to developers needs

Ability to get involved with UAT testing and test and understand results (Understand SoapUI and/or Postman)Ability to lead meetings and attend design sessions and be a servant leader for the development team

Ability to raise risks/issues to management early

Hands on experience with TFS  JIRA

Min 5 yrs of experience as Business Analyst
