• Design and Building security roles that are SOD (Segregation of Duties) free at the role level
• SOD (Segregation of Duties) Risk Analysis
• Identify GRC process improvements & provide recommendations
• GRC Issue/Incident trouble shooting
• Implementing appropriate security restrictions on custom developments
• Mitigating the risks arising at a user level, managing role and user provisioning
• Lead the Offshore resource & ensure timely deliverables
• Work with Auditing teams
• Provide periodic reporting/status updates on GRC
• Adhering to service measurements like KPI’s & co-ordination with onsite SPOC
• Mentoring & training new colleagues joined in team.
