Hiring Manager is looking for a Technical Leader with broad skills in MuleSoft with the Soft skills to mentor others and act a Product Champion (MuleSoft). MuleSoft is relatively new at Client, they are trying to get other business partners to convert to it on-Prem and then eventually Cloud.  He is looking for someone who could sit in Hartford (most of the team is in CT) or in MN, but Remote would be good too if they have the skills. Team represents the Billing area and is made up of 80-90 people in Billing Circle (each team has 2-3 dev, 2 Host Dev, SM, QA, PO) They have 8-9 Teams + 1 Architect Team of 3. They have Salesforce, but most of this is Java based integration Microservices, Proxies, API Management.  The ideal must demonstrate experience providing solutioning…Leading a group of Developers, mentoring juniors…a ”GoTo” person.

People coming from Java Development background are best….with MuleSoft Certification. 5-7 yrs experience is ideal.

Wants people in CST or EST…expertise in Security Setup Okta SSO would be a plus.
