•    8+ years combined experience in business analysis, data analysis, requirements gathering with  4+ year’ experience as a Data Quality Management program including data issues management in an enterprise-wide Data Quality initiative
•    Banking domain understanding is strongly preferred
•    Experience with requirements gathering, data analysis, creating technical documentation, demonstrating how solutions will work, and performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
•    Experience with data issue management of the self or inhouse build solutions
•    Ability to liaison with IT partners and perform UAT
•    Ability to ask questions, Dig-in, explore & come to new conclusions based on the findings
•    Demonstrates strong troubleshooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple Agile Stories
•    Demonstrates domain knowledge of data issues management within the banking or financial services industry is strongly desired
•    Experience with Informatica Data Quality tool or similar
•    Understanding of Data Governance process and operating model
•    Understanding of Data Quality Management process and operating model
•    Experience with data issues management and remediations
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•    Intellectual curiosity and aptitude to pick up new technical skills 
•    Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset
•    Coordinating and working along with Offshore resources
•    Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or another related field
