Linux administrators are back-end IT specialists who install, configure, and maintain Linux operating systems in a variety of organizations. It also includes to ensure stable operations of computer networks. The person will also analyze and resolve end user hardware and software computer problems in a timely and secure fashion
- Must have handled a team or played a team lead role
- Server Administrator is responsible for day-to-day support for the Windows and Linux Operating System, various operational utilities and server hardware.
- Responsible for coordinating requested changes, and minimizing the business impact of those changes.
- Understand and follow operational processes and policies.
- Ability to work with global resources to implement servers, and resolve issues.
- Participates in on-call rotation.
- Responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring the infrastructure
- Build the Linux machines in VM physical servers or cl oud servers
- In depth knowledge on Networking, DNS structures, Firewall
- Proactively maintain and develop all Linux infrastructure technology
- Good Experience with Offshore and onshore model
