Back End perspective:

•            Hands on coding experience in C#/.NET stack (10+ years experience preferred)

•            Proficient in C#, .NET Core API development

•            Solid knowledge of Azure Cloud having used many of the Azure services (Service Bus, Functions, APIM, Cosmos DB, Storage Accounts, Event Hub, etc.)

•            Proficient in SQL

•            Experience in queueing solutions and event driven architecture

•            Experience with development of distributed systems

•            Understanding of best coding practices

•            Experience in CI/CD process, Docker, Kubernetes (They should have extensive experience understanding and using these)

•            Very good communications skills

•            Agile delivery experience

•            B.S in Computer Science or equivalent
