Senior Domain Consultant–Retirements Services Domain SME
As a Senior Domain Consultant, you will significantly contribute towards defining requirements , breaking down into User Stories and management of the story backlog for a project following agile execution methodology. Ensure deliverable completion within the defined scope, quality, time, and cost constraints. You will be responsible for interacting with client stakeholders, different technical teams, third party vendors to understand and document requirements. As a part of the project, you could lead a group and will be accountable for their deliverables. You will demonstrate superior collaboration skills and techniques which appropriately define alternate solutions, resolve conflicts, and create lasting, productive partnerships with all stakeholders involved. Location: NY, NJ area, USA. Currently WFH allowed by client.

Qualifications: 
 Expertise & knowledge in Retirement areas DC retirement products, retirement regulations (ERISA, DOL etc), retirements planning, transaction processing like Participant Onboarding, Contribution / Record Keeping / Payroll Servicing / Complex Events / Roll over / Exchanges / Compliance Testing etc
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required from an accredited institution. Bachelor’s in Business, Computer Science/Engineering will be an added advantage
A strong background in product management, UI or data warehouse projects will be beneficial. 
 Exceptional interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills. Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple teams
Agile Certification will be beneficial
Knowledge in Health and Benefits (H&B) will be a value add.
Candidates with valid US work visa or based in USA preferred

Skills & Experience:
Expertise in US Retirement Services, Recordkeeping Processes, Compliance, Regulations, Trust Services, TPAs
10+ years of experience working in transformation projects preferably in the Retirements Services area
Basic understanding of Investment Management, Fund Accounting, Investment Performance, Asset class exposure – equities, bonds, mutual funds, stable value funds, target date funds
Solid understanding of the following requirements models: Stakeholder Categories, Non-functional requirements, Gap Analysis, Glossary, Context Diagram, Data Model, Data Dictionary, Business Rules, Decision Tables, Mind Maps, Process Maps, requirements traceability and Use Cases
Relevant technical abilities including JIRA, Kanban, Confluence, and SQL
Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation
Work with project managers and technical leads to determine scope and priorities for product development cycles
Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies.
Accountable for a created product(s), delivering in the product model and communicating the product needs with business partners.
Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product.
Lead, manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams, business partners and stakeholder management for a product(s).
Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
