o 7 or more years of experience working as project manager on large-scale enterprise-class IT projects
o 3 or more years of experience working as project manager on IT infrastructure projects
o 3 or more years of experience handling multiple IT infrastructure buildouts at remote sites
o Experience managing remote IT infrastructure resources assigned to the projects
o Experience working with the business units across multiple projects
o 3 or more years of experience managing projects with several different IT engineering groups (Network, Voice, Servers, Workforce) and vendors
o 3 or more years of experience in handling the IT components associated to a merger
o Experience managing external vendors working on projects
o Experience managing project budgets and vendor expenditures
o Good communication skills
o Experience and expertise in communicating with staff, management, and executive level
o Good meeting management skills
o Ability to work with IT Engineers and upper management
o Experience developing and managing project schedules, impediments, weekly status reports and meeting minutes
o Experience in either server migrations or server upgrades
o Experience in leading large groups across multiple departments
o Experience in managing multi-year projects
o Proven ability to work with and facilitate geographically dispersed teams
o Project financials experience
o PMP Certification
o Experience using Microsoft Teams
o Experience with MS Project
