• Idea is candidate should know about how full stack works and based on that understanding understand the new tools /technologies and help with onboarding the new tools or identify issues with exist tools (gaps can be security, usage, integrations)
• Which will involve translating these technical readiness or challenges to actionable items to drive with multiple teams across CX Engineering.(either dev(UI & backend), ops, data)
