Business Analyst With Restaurant

Responsibilities

You may need to meet with stakeholders of the food company to identify the company's needs. For instance, the stakeholders may require a product-tracing system to help prevent contamination. As a business analyst, you identify their current challenges with contamination measures, analyze the requirements of the product-tracing system, develop a specific plan, and get approval from the stakeholders to move forward. Once approved, you may be asked to manage the project to completion.

Requirements

You may need experience in food and beverage manufacturing or experience as a production planner in the industry. You may need to analyze data or design and review test cases for safety and quality. So, the employer may require knowledge of industry-specific software applications as well as a background in finance or operations.
