Must Have

• Good communication skills to coordinate with business and technical teams for requirement gathering, reviews and finalization
• Production knowledge of SailPoint or any IAM tool 
• At least one Full RBAC Implementation or Operational RBAC experience 
• RBAC Experience using SailPoint (Preferred) or any IAM solution
• Good experience with RBAC framework and model (top down and bottom up RBAC framework)

Good to have:

• Understanding for Application onboarding lifecycle 
• Understanding of birthright provisioning 
• Role Certification and Role Management
• Understanding of Authentication, Authorization using SSO and directory services, cloud hosted applications.
