This will be for the client’s Machine Learning Team. They’re looking for this person to be a strong Python coder. ETL is nice-to-have, but they do not want a Python Engineer in the context of ETL/scripting. They need a Python developer with object oriented programming and structuring python systems.

 The client has a ML feature called:   Suggested Marco.  This is an ML model to recommend features to customers. This feature was launched last year to various client customers. In order to support this feature, there's data pipeline, model building pipelines. This is a recommending system with on-live predictions. The reason why this is open is because system is there and need to improve monitoring of the system and improve the scale of the system.

Top skills

• Strong in Python
• Strong background in Software Engineering and system design.
• Ideal for this person to be familiar with data stack ETL (but not Python scripting)
• Someone who can communicate, reach out when they're stuck. When they propose solution they know how to navigate conversations with different levels of the organization.
• Someone with at least 8 years of experience in Software Engineer

This person does not need to know Machine Learning.
