Experience Required:
- 5+ Overall IT experience
- Experience as Scrum Master in executing at-least 1 large implementation programs
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and concepts
- Proficient and experienced with multiple project management and team collaboration tools
- Strong Coaching Skills
- Understanding of SQL and data modelling skills and data warehousing concepts is desirable
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in people management
Scrum Certification is a plus
