Experience Required Ø 5+ Overall IT experience Ø Experience as Scrum Master in executing at-least 1 large implementation programs Ø Strong knowledge of Agile principles and concepts Ø Proficient and experienced with multiple project management and team collaboration tools Ø Strong Coaching Skills Ø Understanding of SQL and data modelling skills and data warehousing concepts is desirable Ø Good communication and interpersonal skills Ø Proven experience in people management Ø Scrum Certification is a plus

Roles & Responsibilities Ø Interact with the Agile Teams and help resolve any impediments. Ø Assist PO & Agile Teams in Backlog grooming Ø Facilitates daily scrums, sprint reviews, and planning meetings to ensure full team engagement. Manage interdependencies between agile teams. Ø Mentor/Coach Development Team on adopting Agile practices and principles. Ø Identify team gaps, influence and share positive feedback to the team to drive continuous improvements Ø Oversee and manage scope, time-line, quality, goals and deliverables that support business goals Ø Report on team progress each sprint through defined metrics
