5 – 6 yrs. of real-time experience developing complex requirements and/or QA testing at a medium to large enterprise.
QA Testing experience in an application development environment, developing test plans.
Experience writing test scripts using automation test suites, and doing regression testing and coordinating UAT testing is a plus.
Strong analytical and model development skills and advanced knowledge of Excel and database tools such as SQL.
Strong experience in developing model diagrams in Visio or other similar tool is required.
Experience on Salesforce related projects and having a Salesforce certification is a plus.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as function within a team environment.
Effective verbal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results on time.
Project and time management skills; specifically the ability to execute project plans across multiple teams in order to successfully meet corporate objectives.
