- Min 10 years of experience in SAP SD Support and Enhancement work
- Must have in-depth knowledge of O2C (Order-to-Cash) end-2-end business process with special focus on Direct ship, Drop-ship, Pricing, Outputs, Customer & Material master etc.
- Good working experience on SD Configurations, Sales data flow and knowledge of OTC Tables
- Must have knowledge of Sales Document configurations (VOV8, VOV7, VOV6), Item Category etc.
- Additional knowledge of PR-PO process is a plus.
- Should have worked in Application support & Maintenance project with good understanding of Incident/Problem/Change management
- Should have Enhancement work experience (Requirements gathering, FS prep, Functional Testing & Release)
Must have strong Communication skills and Customer interactions skills. This is a must.
