5 -7 years of IT experience including solid fundamentals of Linux, Unix and Windows Administration
2 year+ configuring / administering Cohesity environment
2 year+ configuring / administering EMC Avamar environment (v18+ preferred)
2 year+ configuring / administering EMC Data Domain.
EMC Networker (v9*)
Quest Rapid Recovery (v6*)
Experience migrating NetBackup from prior versions including Avamar 7x
Solid understanding of Backup / Restore /DR technologies
Solid understanding of EMC Data Domain
Practical application of technical methods and procedures
Understanding of Virtual Server backup and restore methodologies within VMware.
Experience in complex multi-team delivery models
Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Financial Services or auto finance experience

Minimum Requirements
Experience with ITIL best practices with Incident, Problem, Release, and
Change Management within Service Now or other equivalent software.
Experience in a similar operations role and deep knowledge of associated processes

Excellent stakeholder management -- fair in dealings with vendors and business customers
Experience working with customers and on support cases
Bachelor of Science in a related field (e.g. Computer Science or Information Systems)
