Technology Strategy Business Analyst - SW License Assessments
* Proactively identify potential savings opportunities from a variety of sources through analysis and research
* Partner with product, tech managers, procurement, and finance to align on savings options
* Manage/Lead through the realization of those savings
* Track and report out weekly progress
* Define pipeline process for work execution
* Identify root causes for increased SW spend and work to address them Desired Qualifications for this role include: - Strong analytical skills: MS Excel® skills, incl. functions (logical, lookup and reference, math and trigonometry, etc.) & pivot tables; Excel Macros –
* Must know how to do research and mine data, perform complex analysis, and apply strategic thinking to support executive level discussions and presentations
* Excellent personal task management skills and ability to handle multiple assignments - Strong written (including email) and verbal (including phone) communication skills
* Possesses an understanding of technological trends and uses this knowledge to bring solutions to business units supported to enhance the enterprise's competitive edge.
* Demonstrated understanding of IT Stack and technology with the ability to make recommendations for buy versus build decisions. –
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. –
* Prior consulting experience (preferably from a top tier management consulting firm) –
* Prior finance experience related to technical delivery - Prior software assessment experience is a plus –
* Has 5+ years of relevant work experience.
