Responsibilities :

• • Work closely with the global digital development, program management and infrastructure operations teams in US and China
  • Support end-user business departments working with the customer data according to the Compliance requirements
  • Responsible for data identification, extraction, transformation from the legacy systems (coupa and concur)
  • Build programs using APIs to create new data structures to store historical data in custom database
  • Create test cases for unit test and integration testing
  • Troubleshoot, resolve problems and prepare documentation
  • Understand Structured Query Language (SQL), and NO SQL
  • You must be a problem solver, a fast learner, comfortable wearing many hats

Qualifications :

• • B.S. or higher studies in Computer Science (or equivalent experience) having solid and hands on experience with business applications
  • 5+ years’ prior experience as an application support Engineer or similar role
  • Knowledge of programming languages like SQL, python, .Net Languages
  • Goood Interpersonal skills, process oriented
  • Experience in providing day-to-day support to business users
  • Experience in working with procure to pay applications like coupa/concur/oracle/sap
