- Stro ng experience in Insurance Domain & Duck Creek Policy & Billing. AINS Preferred.
- Working experience (min 5 years) in Agile projects.
- Must have experience in Personal Lines. Commercial lines is a plus.
- Must have at least 5 years of direct interaction with customer Client experience.
- Duck Creek Bootcamp certified preferred.
- Will be responsible to plan and create Business strategy documents and detailed user stories.
- Ability to translate business needs to user cases and Strong experience in Insurance Domain & Duck Creek Policy & Billing. AINS Preferred.
- Good Problem solving skills
- Basic knowledge on framework flows
- Must know the workflow to create, bind and issue a policy.
- Must know how to interpret rating Excel sheets (Excel Rater) and other business requirement documents.
- Must understand technical jargons in insurance while use cases.
- Must understand XML structure.
- Must know how to query SQL databases and perform simple SELECT operations.
- Must know Outlook, Word , Excel, Power point.
- Must know how to prepare daily status, how to report bugs in tools such as JIRA, DevAzure etc.
Must know how to track and prepare the report for business teams, and also understand the progress of the project team .
