Title : Application Architect - Adobe Experience Manager
Your Role and Responsibilities : IBM Enterprise Strategy and Interactive Experience (ES/iX) is working with clients in various industries on their digital transformation journey
- to shape new demands through personalized experience, content, and innovation.
- to create and develop an environment that enables innovation and the rapid testing of ideas (fail fast, learn fast),
- to set up the tools, methods, and approaches for the client to create a sustainable and cost-effective digital capability and deliver against an initial set of Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).
IBM is looking for an Adobe Architect that could help us create cutting-edge Adobe Experience solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and design leadership to both internal team and client team on implementing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Develop Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) code assets
- Configure Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service
- Create unit and integration test plans to validate overall architecture and design
- Integrate Adobe AEM with additional Adobe products for Analytics, Personalization, and Work Management.
- Work in Agile projects and actively participate to achieve project success
- Provide leadership to generate architecture decisions
- Create work products that document and illustrate designs and architecture decisions
Required Education : Bachelor's Degree
Required Technical and Professional Expertise :
- Minimum of 4 years of experience architecting solutions using Adobe Experience Manager with general knowledge of setup, development, configuration and Dev/Ops procedure
- Experience in JSP, Java EE, Junit, OSGi, Servlets, JSTL Tag library, Annotations, Eclipse development
- Experience in usage of RESTful Web Services
- Experience with Maven
- Experience in Agile projects
- Experience with services architecture, headless applications, Progressive Web App (PWA) and Single Page Application (SPA)
- Knowledge of good practice around usability, maintainability, and accessibility
- Adobe Experience Manager Certified Architect
- Experience implementing Adobe AEMaaCS
- Experience migrating from AEM on Prem or on Adobe Managed Services into Adobe AEMaaCS
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience :
- Good knowledge of Adobe AEM building blocks (including templates, components, dialogs etc.)
- Good knowledge about AEM deployment process (e.g., Cloud Manager)
- Good knowledge of AEM Forms and Assets
- Experience in usage of manual and automate test tools (e.g., Selenium)
- Experience with an application/web server
- Additional Adobe Expert Certifications
- Experience with Managed Services and/or Cloud Service deployments
Preferred Education : Master's Degree
