Skills & Experience:

10+ years' experience managing multidomain project implementation

Experience with consulting, strategic assessment, and enterprise architecture

Strong technical skills and the ability to work with project teams geographically dispersed, from multiple time zones

Deep knowledge of Cloud solutions, Micro services, with specific expertise in implementation of – Data Warehouses, Data marts, CRM, MDM, Integration Technologies, among others

Robust experience in designing and delivering complex IT solutions

Experience in integrating Commercial datasets (National, Sub-National, Patient), CRM, Marketing, Master Data Management (MDM)

Technological platform knowledge / expertise: SFDC, Reltio (MDM)

Additional technical qualifications: strong expertise in most of the following technologies: Big Data, Snowflake, Spark, Hadoop, AWS, Amazon S3, RedShift

Demonstrated success building effective relationships with a broad spectrum of internal and external stakeholders, including senior technical leaders and associates across different functions

Thrives in a fast-paced environment and able to match stakeholder expectations to urgently deliver exceptional results

Excellent communications, problem-solving and technical skills

Knowledge of Healthcare/Life Sciences Industry desired

Experience in global roles; understanding of cultural sensitivities and time zone constraints required

Flexible, periodic travel for internal and client meetings
