Position: Service Delivery Manger
Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite)
Hire type: Contractual/Long-term

Job Description
•8+ years of previous project management (due diligence, transition, delivery, etc) experience.

•Proficient with MS Office Suite (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint).

•5+ years’ experience working with and managing cross cultural/Global customer and team

•Solid knowledge of and demonstrated experience in project management processes and methodologies.

•Experience in revenue/cost budgeting and P&L management

•Technical knowledge of Datacenter, Cloud, End User Computing & Networks

•Knowledge of and demonstrated experience in the project lifecycle

•Crisp communication and presentation skills.

•Well-developed negotiation and relationship skills.

•Ability to build consensus.

•Should be fluent in English.

Qualification:

•Bachelor’s degree in IT/Engineering/MBA

•ITIL Certification
