Must Have: In depth knowledge of Retail/Commercial Automotive loan/lease Collections & Recovery.
Must have carried out at least one or two BFS implementations.
Good understanding of one of Asset/Equipment products. Preferably FICO, Tallyman or similar solutions in the market.
Working level Understanding of Payment Processing, Remarketing, Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques (e.g. skip tracing) default Management etc. for the entire life cycle of Auto.
Good to have understanding of End to End process view from liaising with dealers, collections agents, monitor and execute foreclosure and auction processes (along with legal firms lawyers).
Re-imagining user stories in Collections & Recovery for various target markets/ geography and articulate them with right tools.
Well-versed in HP ALM, JIRA, Confluence or similar tools.
