We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Analyst/Developer to create and support customized SharePoint solutions. As a SharePoint developer, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing SharePoint systems according to company specifications, building scalable web applications, writing and modifying code, debugging software, and training staff.
To ensure success as a SharePoint developer, you should have:
- Extensive knowledge of SharePoint (On-Premise& Online), OneDrive, Teams and MS Office software
- Proficiency with PowerAutomate, PowerApps and front-end programming languages
- Excellent working knowledge of InfoPath, SharePoint Workflows, Nintex and Business Connectivity
- The ability to analyze complex business needs and translate them to SharePoint/Teams based solutions
- Expertise in solving complex software issues

Essential Functions
- Design, develop and document appropriate solutions based on the functional and non-functional requirements of the client
- Work closely with clients to create and document requirements for solutions
- Administer and troubleshoot advanced PowerAutomate, Nintex and SharePoint workflows
- Provide technical expertise regarding the unique features and constraints of SharePoint
- Work closely with developers, business analysts and enterprise architects to understand and master the details of a business and technology strategy
- Develop PowerAutomate flows
- Convert Nintex and SharePoint workflows to PowerAutomate during migrations
- Support and update existing Nintex and SharePoint Workflows
- Develop PowerApps forms and standalone applications
- Convert InfoPath, Nintex and JavaScript forms to PowerApps forms during migrations
- Support and update existing InfoPath, Nintex and JavaScript forms
- Design, develop and document SPFx solutions when necessary
Required Skills
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft’s SharePoint Server and Microsoft 365 platform and supporting technologies
- Strong SharePoint implementation/migration experience
- Proficient with PowerShell, especially PnP management libraries
- PowerAutomate, SharePoint Workflows, Nintex workflows
- PowerApps, InfoPath, Nintex forms
- Understanding of the physical and logical server architectures for SharePoint
- Strong in C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React Framework
- Experience working in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
