•    4 to 8 years of system support experience (Mainframe)
•    Bachelor's degree OR equivalent IT related experience
•    System networking knowledge (i.e., IP and Firewall knowledge)
•    Support of production should be expected
•    Experienced with COBOL, SAS, JCL, ROCOE, TSO, TWS, Banking experience is a plus but not required.
•    Excellent written and oral communication skills

Must-Have
•    Experience with IBM Mainframe technologies (TSO/Roscoe, COBOL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, JCL, SAS, Debug)
