We are looking for a driven, innovative business development leader that would like to create lasting impact on the future of client with strong interpersonal and communication skills who can spearhead sales and lead-generations activities, including prospecting, outreach, qualifying leads, and external marketing efforts in the Midwest. B2B sales, marketing, and strategic analysis are important aspects of the position, as well as supporting leaders with negotiation and closing deals.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Apply Agile engineering best practices and principles.
- Design and build mobile applications for Apple’s iOS platform.
- Collaborate with clients, designers, and business analysts to define app features.
- Ensure quality and performance of application specifications.
- Identify potential problems and resolve application bottlenecks.
- Fix app bugs before final release.
- Publish app on the App Store as needed.
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and collaborative conversation.
Necessary Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities :
- Proficient in Objective-C, Swift, and Cocoa Touch.
- Knowledge of iOS back-end services.
- Knowledge of Apple’s design principles and application interface guidelines.
- Proficient in code versioning tools including Mercurial, Git, and SVN.
- Knowledge of C-based libraries.
- Familiar with push notifications, APIs, and cloud messaging.
- Experience with continuous integration.
- Ability to multitask, absorb new technologies, and work as both a team play and a potential leader.
- Strong organizational project management skills.
- Excellent verbal communicate and cliet facing experience.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and strong team player.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
- 3 or more years of experience as an app developer with iOS frameworks.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- 5 or more years of experience as an app developer with iOS frameworks.
