• Configuration and maintenance of network security equipment (i.e., firewalls and Intrusion Prevention) – Cisco Environment
• Configuration and maintenance of wired computer network hardware and software and related systems.
• Administration of campus Wifi equipment.
• Will handle trouble tickets and handle tier 1 troubleshooting at the edge. 
• First/Second level support of Cisco phone system

Qualifications 

• Experience in Strong Cisco environment 

• Experience with Cisco ASA firewall management
• Experience will network management and support from the core network to the edge switches
• Experience with wireless network management
• Experience with Voice over IP systems (VOIP)
• Must have an analytical approach and be an effective problem solver
