JOB DETAIL

The Technical Solutions Delivery team is responsible for end-to­ end delivery of infrastructure
solutions to our customers.
Working wilb the CIO teams, the Windows Engineer will deliver nn infrastructure solution that is
technically sound, resilient to fai lure.operationally supportable,and meets the requirements of
the business.
Essential Job Responsibilities
I .Participate in cross-functional project teams to design and in1plc1nent contact center build outs,
expansions,and decornn1issions.
2. Collaborate across business and technical disciplines to develop ln fras(l'lecture of System
Engineering Designs for
internal ly ll()stcd solutions.
3. Implement solutions by writing automation processes to deploy systems, applications,
containers. surrounding technologies.
4. Tecl Micul leadership for project assignment.nts.
Document the technical design for Project and Operations teams as pan orproject deliverables.
Script I automation development for repeatable processes.
Pcrf On other duties as required. Ba<lc Qualifications for Consideration
Experience utilizing a consultative approach while interacting with customers and appropriate
representatives to analyze, validate. specify, verify. document. and 1nanagc the
requirements.
Current ipl#39;ise-class infras1rt1c1ure and system
engineering experience with Windows SQL and cloud­ based platform 1s.
Experience in automation or script development. Powershell preferred.
Working knowledge of networking protocols and
components.
Experience in call center environments preferred.
Experience designing and implementing High Availability, ActivefActory, aod Disaster Recovery
solutions.
Experience working on a matrix team consisting of a variety
of infra.structure engineers dcvclop111cnt teams, and client
relationship tennis.
Strong customer service skills with a high level of professionalism and the ability to work with
complex designs and situations.
Proven ability to collaborate remotely.
Ability to effe-cti-vely prioritize and execute tasks in a high·
pressure environment 1..
Keen attention to detail.
Education:Bachelor 's degree in Computer Science, IJ1fom1arion Technology, Business.or equ
ivalent degree is desirable.
