JOB DETAIL

•             Have Mule 3.x and 4.x experience using flows for integration with disparate systems and service components. (5+ years of experience on mule)

•             A highly technical, hands-on, motivated and collaborative individual with exceptional communication skills

•             Experience with integration technologies and database applications such as, but not limited to: SOAP, Oracle, DB2, MS/SQL ,REST and/or EJB.

•             Understand APIs they are building as well as tweak and tune the APIs as necessary

•             Hands on experience with RAML Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics

•             2+ years of experience with Java development, including Java Enterprise and Spring.

•             Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Software Development.

•             Experience with databases (no SQL or Relational).

•             Requires certifications in: MuleSoft Architect or Developer Certification (Mule 4.x , not on Mule 3.x).

•             Hands on with API Testing tools – SOAP UI, Postman, READY API

 

Experience Required    

3+ MuleSoft development/Support Experience and 5+ Support Experience of Mule or Java applications

 

Roles & Responsibilities              

•             Lead the L2/L3 Support for the Mule Applications and Platforms

•             Incident Management, Request Management, Change management and Problem management

•             Working as a Senior member for build, deploy and test new features

•             Lead Support team in Day to day support activities and enforce best practices and quicker time to issue resolution

•             Flexibility to work on new projects outside of primary skill set.

•             Ability to interpret technical and gather business requirements.

•             Implementation of POCs and suggest automations and service improvements.

•             Work closely with Client, other stakeholders to keep the service up and running

•             SLA Management and Customer status reporting
