Job Descriptions:

The Senior UX Designer has strong functional UX design capabilities, specifically for digital, and fosters collaborative, cross-disciplinary dynamics. Often collaborates with usability, information architecture, content strategy, engineering, and business stakeholders to conceive best-in-class, digital user experiences.

We are looking for:

• Strong experience in Communications, Human Factors Engineering, Usability/Research, or Business Psychology, Cognitive Science, Human Computer Science, Professional Writing, or other related disciplines

• Desire to work within a diverse group of people and passion for challenging the status quo

• Ability to visualize information effectively and tailor presentations to the audience

• Seeks to understand user behavior and motivations using qualitative and quantitative research methods. Creates research plans to uncover necessary information in discovery.

• Ideates and designs effective solutions, including creating wireframes and interactive prototypes.

• Understands principles of information architecture. Creates sitemaps, taxonomies, and content types.

• Has excellent time management skills, manages multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritizes tasks appropriately.
