a. Basic C# coding skills. Familiarity with other languages such as Java, JavaScript, PowerShell, etc. desirable.

b. Familiarity with Visual Studio, Test Explorer, Git, VS Code.

c. Experience writing Unit Tests run by Test Explorer utilizing Shims or Mock objects.

d. Experience creating unit and integration tests for REST APIs including an understanding of the HTTP protocol and JWT based security.

e. Experience creating manual test plans and later automating them if possible/desired.

f. Ability to quickly come up to speed on new software, APIs, and technology in order to create and impement test plans. 

g. Familiarity with QA software/utilities

h. Experience with Relational Database design and SQL usage

i. Test and evaluate in-house and third party software applications to ensure alignment with organizational standards and user requirements

j. Identify and document bugs/defects in pre-production and post-production software and assist with their resolution

k. Experience testing back-end and front-end software

l. Plan and preform testing at different stages of the software development process

m. Emulate user behavior and write software test cases to ensure software is working as designed

n. Create detailed documentation of product behavior and all test cases

o. Preform regular manual and automated regression testing for multiple applications

p. Conduct extensive security testing to confirm that software aligns with organizational standards

q. Participate in regular software releases and execute test plans to validate functionality

r. Experience testing data quality highly-desired

s. Define and track quality assurance metrics such as defect counts, priority/severity, test results, test status, performance, and product availability

t. Monitor product performance and availability, and implement robust alerting to notify stakeholders of product issues

u. Develop and implement automated test scripts and integrate them into software delivery pipeline

v. Experience working on Agile software development teams
