The candidate should have experience in the installation or configuring Desktops/Laptop.

Should have strong hardware experience.

Should have excellent knowledge in troubleshooting of Desktop/Laptop, Printer, hardware, and software.

Maintain computer peripheral devices like printers and resolve associated problems.

Experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting switches and routers.

Should have a strong background managing Windows Server Operating environments like Windows 2012,2016 & 2019.

Should be proficient to manage systems like Active Directory, Group Policies, DHCP, DNS, WDS.

Should have strong knowledge maintaining web servers like IIS, etc.

Should have basic knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server Database, Query execution, backup, restore.
