Due to growth and technology modernization projects, we are seeking Staff Java Software
Engineers to join our close-knit team. You will be working on the next generation of software
applications, from design through development, to testing and implementation. You will be a
technical expert on the development projects, and be tasked with driving the SDLC process,
writing technical specs, discovering and analyzing new technologies for use on the projects and
consulting with the end users to meet their needs. You might also have some design input, and
solution architecture responsibilities. Since our applications are utilized in the financial industry,
compliance with security protocols and procedures would be another aspect of this role.

Required for this role: 10+ years of back-end Java development with recent FinTech (Financial
Technology) experience. SpringBoot and other Spring modules (SpringBatch, Spring
Integration), along with other related tools: Web Services, Kubernetes, Git, Digital
Transformation, Cloud Solutions, cloud migrations, microservices and TANZU / Service
MESH.  The ability to create detailed design documents, and with distributed, component-based
architecture. Experience working in an Agile or BDD/TDD methodology.
 
Required:
10+ years of Java / object-oriented software development

Sr or Lead level experience – any design or architecture experience needed
